Grimaldi Insurance

An insurance agency had a website that didn’t capture leads. I audited it, rebuilt it, and gave it five forms that track where each lead comes from.

New Lead Funnels

01 / Context

Grimaldi Insurance is [ADD: one line, e.g. a family-run agency in X serving Y]. The agency had built its business on relationships and referrals. The website was not helping. It gave visitors little reason to reach out, and no way for the agency to know where a lead came from. I started with an audit of all 18 pages of the existing site. That showed what to keep, what to cut and what was missing.

02 / System

Then I rebuilt it. The new site is organized around what a visitor needs to do: understand the coverage, trust the agency, ask for a quote. I built five lead forms that change their questions based on the answers, so a business owner and a homeowner each get a short, relevant form. Every submission records which channel it came from, so the agency can see what marketing works. With the foundation in place, I designed the next phase: an ongoing growth plan and a plan to put the agency's client data to work. [ADD: one result, e.g. leads per month since launch, or a line from the client.]
